The house also has generous outdoor area for grilling, playing, and relaxing, as well as private deck or patio for each unit.
About The Villas Area...
The house is located on Miami Beach, in The Villas of New Jersey. The Villas neighborhood is a year-round residential neighborhood, just 20 minutes to Cape May, Wildwood, and Stone Harbor. Cape May is a Victorian era beach town, Wildwood has enormous beaches and a busy boardwalk, and Stone Harbor is a classic beach town with small shops and eateries. Being on the bay allows guests to see firsthand how the landscape changes twice a day with the most spectacular sunsets!
